Who it is for

A primary care clinician or allergist typically orders this panel for people with persistent sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, or asthma-like symptoms that may be allergy-related.

Preparation

No fasting is required. Tell your clinician about any medications you take, as some antihistamines may affect results.

Results and what they mean

Results are reported as a number for each allergen, often with a reference range. Higher numbers suggest sensitivity, but a clinician must interpret them alongside your symptoms. This is general information, not medical advice; only a qualified professional can diagnose or treat a condition.
